I received a Swiss Colony ham as a gift, it was rotten. I was unable to reach Swiss Colony through e mail, and was disconnected several times by phone. and when I did reach them they told me I had to send the rotten ham back to them at my expense to get a portion of my money back. Since the ham was rotten I had thrown it out. The ham was a gift for Xmas 2011 from my 85 yr old aunt. She is out her money and I am out a ham. Bad customer service I would say. 1291d49
