Sales Agent was extremely rude. She did not provide any sort of information regarding account number or address. Also, I suggested to speak to her supervisor and she rudely ended the conversation. I am puzzled that an organization won't provide any sort of information regarding a debt account. It seems that Van Ru Corporation has had many complaints and are an unreliable company. If you get any phone calls you get from this organization please call the better business bureau or attorney general's office. Make a complaint to your city and state government. Thank you for your time.
